Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Policy Manager to join our team at Alpitronic. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing credit policies that drive business growth while minimizing risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive credit policy that aligns with our business objectives
- Review and approve credit applications, setting credit limits and ensuring compliance with established processes
- Monitor and manage credit terms, identifying and mitigating risk on sales transactions
- Provide regular reports on incoming payments, analyzing trends and developing opportunities for improvement
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding credit terms and payment issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose viable solutions to overdue payments
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Several years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer business models and cash management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw conclusions from data
- Strong service orientation, teamworking, and solution-orientated working style
- Very good knowledge of English, German, and Italian
