Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Support: Provide expert HR guidance to senior management on complex HR issues, including talent management, organizational design, and change management.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with business leaders to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Talent Development: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, employees, and HR teams.
  • Project Management: Lead and deliver HR-related projects, including change management initiatives, talent development programs, and process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a complex organization.
