Position Overview:

Located within the Patheon division, specifically at the Monza site in the Lyo & Pharma Utilities Department, this role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the operation of freeze-drying equipment, ensuring compliance with critical parameters through regular monitoring and analysis of performance data.
  2. Ensure meticulous documentation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including batch records and logbooks.
  3. Maintain accurate records of daily activities and machine performance, facilitating smooth communication during shift changes.
  4. Monitor and manage the primary utility services related to pharmaceutical production, including water and clean steam distribution.
  5. Respond to alarm notifications, interpreting their significance and taking appropriate action as per established protocols.
  6. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, promptly reporting any irregularities to management.

Qualifications:

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience: Previous work experience is not mandatory.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Understanding of basic physics and chemistry principles.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems and automation processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
