Job Summary
The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) plays a crucial role in designing, building, testing, and implementing application solutions across various business processes and departments within the Finance, Treasury, and Financial Planning & Analytics functions at Tn Italy. This individual will work collaboratively to ensure seamless integration and scalability of our ERP system, Oracle Cloud ERP.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to define processes that meet business needs and ensure they are scalable and flexible to meet future business requirements.
- Design processes that can be implemented with minimal disruption to supporting systems and are cost-effective.
- Anticipate the needs of stakeholders affected by process change and ensure proposed changes represent the best overall fit for the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on features and capabilities of ERP, continuously working to understand ERP capabilities, functionality, features, and modules to provide solutions that make users and the company more efficient and cost-effective.
- Develop and define IT requirements to support process and system changes, lead mid to large-size ERP projects, and coordinate with IT development teams to manage the development process and resolve issues.
- Prepare and execute testing plans to ensure high-quality results, monitor implemented systems and processes to ensure high performance, and manage support requests to ensure timely and thorough resolution of issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Accounting, Economics, or Information Technology.
- Very good understanding of key business concepts, processes, and terminology, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.
- 8+ years of experience with supporting or configuring ERP systems to enhance functionality.
- 3+ years of ERP Project Leadership.
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Cloud Financials.
- Experience in designing integration solutions with Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Oracle ERP Cloud certification is highly desirable.
