As a member of the Oncology Consulting team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely execution of projects or segments of large-scale, intricate initiatives for clients within the life sciences domain. Your responsibilities will include identifying and promoting potential new business avenues and supporting the sales process.

In your capacity as a Senior Consultant, you will engage in the following key activities:


• Analyze client needs or challenges and assist in crafting proposals that offer cost-effective solutions, ensuring both profitability and high levels of client satisfaction.

• Provide leadership and guidance to Analysts and Consultants, as well as relevant Statistical Services involved in the engagement.

• Develop comprehensive documentation and specifications.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify client issues and formulate tailored solutions.

• Design, structure, and deliver client reports and presentations that cater to the specific needs of the audience.

• Present findings to clients as necessary.

• Suggest enhancements and alternative solutions to address challenges.

• Identify new business opportunities for follow-on work and new leads within assigned clients.

• Follow up with clients post-project completion to ensure satisfaction.

• Actively expand your knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through hands-on experience and training opportunities.

• When serving as Project Manager, effectively manage project timelines and maintain daily communication with clients and team members.

Desired Skills and Experience


• Bachelor's or Master's Degree

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or the life sciences industry

• Strong project management skills along with the ability to influence clients and build relationships.

• Collaborate effectively with others across the organization to achieve team objectives.

• Proven experience in developing consultative relationships with senior-level managers and executives in the life sciences sector.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with consulting methodologies, tools, and techniques pertinent to the functional area.

• Awareness of key issues and current trends in the life sciences industry.

• Knowledge of Oncology and/or Hematology Therapeutic Areas and experience with launch readiness programs.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and client influencing abilities.
