Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled MSP CX Lab Technician to join our Operations Innovation Lab team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe installation, maintenance, and demonstration of automated technologies, including robotic and mechatronic solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Health and Safety Expertise: Demonstrate and promote best practices in health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Installation and Maintenance: Support the installation of automated technologies, material handling equipment, and other technology products, ensuring they are properly configured and functioning as intended.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Monitor, identify, and resolve issues with technologies, minimizing downtime and ensuring seamless operations.
- Lab RME and Maintenance: Collaborate with the Lab team to lead predictive and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring all technologies are up-to-date and running efficiently.
- Spare Parts Management: Manage spare parts lists and maintain stock quantities to ensure timely replacement and minimize disruptions.
- Continuous Improvement: Update technologies and components through continuous improvement initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Technology Availability: Ensure that technologies installed in the lab are functional and available at all times, meeting the needs of our internal and external visitors.
- Lab Tour Support: Collaborate closely with the Lab Tour Admin to prepare and support during Lab Tours, providing a memorable experience for our visitors.
This role may require occasional travel within Europe (5%). We are open to hiring candidates to work out of our Vercelli, ITA location.
