Job Description

Project Manager for Infotainment and Connectivity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Infotainment and Connectivity projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance
  • Lead and organize project teams
  • Coordinate with customers and suppliers
  • Support the development of advanced infotainment features and functions
  • Act as an escalation point for customer and supplier issues
  • Interface with customers on project management
  • Coordinate with other departments and teams
  • Generate technical and project reports and presentation materials

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in Embedded Products, Infotainment, Connectivity, or related fields
  • Knowledge and experience with Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies
  • Requirements and functional specifications management
  • Software development process knowledge
  • Test execution and management knowledge
  • Vehicle development lifecycle knowledge
  • Ability to manage complex problems and propose solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Target-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of autonomy

Preferential Requirements:

  • Previous experience with Jira and Confluence tools
  • Ability to define and communicate priorities
  • Conflict management knowledge
  • Innovative thinking attitude
  • Time-management approach

Education and Language Skills:

  • Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent degree
  • Fluent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of Italian and German is appreciated
