Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Study Abroad team at Bocconi University. As an intern, you will play a key role in supporting the development and promotion of study abroad opportunities, international programs, and recognition of international academic experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Promotion: Assist in communicating with students and promoting international opportunities among them.
  • International Programs: Support the student selection process for international programs, including application, rankings, and other related activities.
  • Academic Procedures: Manage the academic procedures for the recognition of international experiences, interacting with relevant colleagues from other units.
  • Relationship Management: Support the management of relationships with Bocconi partner universities.
  • Data Management: Assist in database management, data analysis, reporting, and support to daily activities and projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Master's degree with an outstanding academic path.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Italian.
  • International Experience: Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 4-6 months).
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills: Positive and enthusiastic attitude, excellent interpersonal and team working skills, analytical and critical thinking, hands-on approach, customer-oriented, able to organize and manage work timely and autonomously, self-starter with strong attention to detail.
