International Relations Student Desk Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our International Relations team as an intern. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all activities and processes related to incoming exchange students and programs, interacting with various stakeholders, including students, colleagues, and partner universities.

The International Student Desk team is responsible for providing support to incoming exchange students from Bocconi Partner Schools and managing all activities related to their exchange semester. The intern will be involved in data collection, data analysis, drafting documents, and preparing data reports. They will also manage communications, organize activities for incoming exchange students, and handle exchange students' applications and administrative procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data collection and analysis
  • Managing communications and organizing activities
  • Handling exchange students' applications and administrative procedures
Requirements:
  • Master's degree with an outstanding academic path
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Good analytical skills and data-driven approach
  • Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with good interpersonal and team working skills
