Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Operations Intern at Indie Campers. As an International Operations Intern, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front-office activities:
    • Provide customer service and sales support, including check-ins, check-outs, and processing payments.
    • Explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions, and upsell road trip extras.
  • Back-office activities:
    • Align reservations with available campervans, verify and prepare campers and road trip extras and kits.
    • Maintain campervans in top condition, identify and act on possible maintenance or repair needs.
    • Support the team in monitoring the existing stock, coordinating the fleet of campervans, and troubleshooting operational issues.

Requirements

  • You are a student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You are fluent in English, have a work permit, and a valid driver's license.
  • You possess a natural talent for connecting with people and have a strong customer service orientation.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset, thriving to create solutions and feeling comfortable with getting your hands dirty.
  • You want a dynamic internship where you can put your theoretical knowledge into practice.
