As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electric vehicle charging stations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing equipment repairs, modifications, and periodic inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Monitoring and managing the stock of tools and equipment.
- Conducting electrical measurements in accordance with internal protocols and legal regulations.
- Working in compliance with good practice standards and industry best practices.
- Building and maintaining strong business relationships with customers and contractors.
- Reporting progress to the line manager and contributing to the team's success.
Requirements:
- Minimum technical secondary education, preferably in electrical, electronics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in servicing electrical equipment.
- Residence in Italy.
- Ability to work outside and travel frequently.
- Proficiency in Italian (C2 - native) and English (B2).
- Knowledge of Polish is beneficial.
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical documentation.
- Electrical qualifications.
- Driving license category B.
- High interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Excellent organizational skills.
