Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional and local Supply Chain FP&A teams to drive financial performance.
- Engage with Business Unit FP&A teams to align financial strategies.
- Contribute to the overall Group FP&A initiatives.
Essential Experience
- Prior experience in consumer goods sectors is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and supply chain performance metrics.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering results within set timelines.
- Experience in a matrix organizational structure is preferred.
Qualifications
Skills Required
- Proficient in financial planning and reporting methodologies, with a focus on Supply Chain KPIs.
- In-depth knowledge of economic and financial principles, particularly in relation to FMCG P&L structures and COGS.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities.
- Familiarity with business processes within the FMCG landscape.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP, with BI/BW and BPC experience being a plus.
