About the Role:
Momentive is seeking a highly skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our team in Termoli, Italy. As a key member of our Process Engineering team, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency and productivity across our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase production capacity.
- Develop and implement process engineering packages, including PFDs, P&IDs, and process specifications.
- Lead debottlenecking projects, capacity increase initiatives, and new product industrialization projects.
- Monitor and improve plant efficiency, ensuring optimal operation and minimizing downtime.
- Implement and maintain quality and EHS programs, including ISO 45001, EMAS, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve plant anomalies and troubleshoot machine failures.
- Develop and maintain software systems, spreadsheets, and process monitoring systems to improve efficiency.
- Support the implementation of Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma programs.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
- First work experience, including apprenticeships or internships.
- Strong teamwork and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and process engineering software.
- English and Italian language skills.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and Continuous Improvement tools is highly desirable.
