Position Overview:
The Spare Parts Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining optimal service levels for the supply of spare parts, whether produced in-house or sourced externally. This position involves assisting customers throughout the sales process by leveraging in-depth product knowledge. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing inventory effectively.
- Collaborating with customers and internal departments regarding spare parts.
- Overseeing order processing and stock monitoring.
Qualifications:
- A degree in engineering or a relevant technical diploma.
- Prior experience in service or spare parts management within manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in supplier relations.
- Familiarity with order management processes.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
