Job Summary

Atlean World is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation and outreach
  • Perform ad sales, including crafting lead generation and outreach strategies, cold calls, discovery, pitches, and responding to and negotiating RFPs
  • Work independently to manage a full sales cycle from lead identification to close

Requirements

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • 2-3 years of experience in outbound sales and digital marketing with a proven record of driving revenue while managing a pipeline of both leads and opportunities
