Position Overview
The Interiors Project Coordinator at Poltrona Frau will oversee the strategic planning and execution of various projects within the company. This role involves liaising with different internal departments, clients, and suppliers to ensure that all projects adhere to the predetermined budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Project Coordinator encompass the following:

  • Lead the product development team as the designated project manager.
  • Organize all product development tasks and track their progress until all goals are met.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding the project until a specified period post-production launch.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical and production feasibility assessments for new products.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing/SQE Office to identify potential new suppliers for materials.
  • Initiate pilot orders for these materials until the product and supplier are validated.
  • Manage technical modifications to the project as agreed with the client and coordinate all associated activities.
  • Provide support in Process Quality to address customer complaints and reports following the start of series production.
  • Organize activities related to the transfer of production sites and monitor their advancement.
  • Oversee the prototype development at the Modeling Shop.
  • Plan, request, and evaluate the outcomes of all necessary laboratory tests on the new product (Technical Resolution and Self-qualification).
  • Prepare cost estimates for new products to formulate competitive offers.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Master’s Degree in Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within structured and international organizations.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Background in the automotive industry (OEM / Tier 1).
  • Familiarity with AS400/SAP applications is a plus.
