Job Summary

The Project Manager - Interiors in Motion will be responsible for the planning and implementation of various company projects. This role will coordinate internal departments, customers, and suppliers to ensure compliance with costs, times, and agreed quality.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate product development teams as assigned project manager.
  • Plan and monitor product development activities to achieve established objectives.
  • Act as interface and contact person towards the customer for relevant projects.
  • Conduct technical-production feasibility analyses on new products.
  • Identify new potential suppliers of materials in collaboration with the Purchasing/SQE Office.
  • Start pilot orders of these materials until the product/supplier is qualified.
  • Manage technical changes to the project agreed with the client and coordinate related activities.
  • Provide Process Quality support in managing customer complaints and reports after series production.
  • Plan activities relating to transfers of production sites and monitor their progress.
  • Supervise the creation of prototypes at the Modeling Shop.
  • Plan, request, and monitor laboratory tests on new products.
  • Prepare cost estimates for new products aimed at formulating offers.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in structured and international companies.
  • Fluent English.
  • Origin from the automotive sector (OEM/Tier 1).
  • Knowledge of AS400/SAP applications is appreciated.
