Job Description:

Tn Italy is seeking a skilled Project Management Officer to join our team in the automation sector. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the mechanical technical office and the production planning office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Receiving information on active orders, including deadlines, times, and budgets, as well as available resources (hours, skills).
  • Participating in the development of the order plan, planning resources to optimize the overall company flow.
  • Defining the overall plan, optimized in accordance with the deadlines imposed by the Commercial department, for each order, in collaboration with the PMs.
  • Interfacing with the Commercial department and Technical Direction (Operations).
  • Preparing any necessary recovery plans and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Monitoring the progress of each order (Lead Time) and the overall plan, through regular meetings, interfacing with the various order referents.
  • Monitoring Times, Costs, and Quality, producing reports, interfacing with the Controller, and reporting to the various PMs and soliciting the resolution of discrepancies with respect to the Budget.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Automation Engineering.
  • Experience in roles involving planning and project management, as well as commision management.
  • Knowledge of the fundamentals of mechanical design.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Orientation towards achieving goals and resolving problems.
  • Excellent communication and relational skills.
