Job Summary

The Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for the direction and coordination of the execution phase of a project, including the deployment of our solutions at customer sites. This role will supervise the installation of hardware and software products, their configuration and testing, and ensure the acceptance of our solutions by customers through the execution of an agreed User Acceptance Test (UAT) book.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning and Execution
  • Plan and prepare the deployment of our solutions according to an agreed project plan
  • Track all project deliverables from various participants, including the Ingenico development team, partners, and customer organizations
UAT and Performance Qualification
  • Remotely execute the UAT
  • Perform performance qualification (non-functional)
Escalation Management
  • Manage escalations during UAT
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Ensure that all delivery activities are executed according to the contract clauses, facilitate information transfer between the Ingenico development, field, and customers, and manage escalations during the UAT
  • Project Deployment: Ensure a smooth information flow across all project stakeholders, including technical and logistic linkage with end-users and partners, timeliness, and completeness of deliverables
  • Maintain Knowledge of our Installations: Assure a complete project knowledge transfer to the L2 support team and, if required, to end-user operations, setting the condition for a minimal subsequent involvement of delivery and development teams

  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

  5. Successful closure of escalations during UAT
