Job Title: DE&I and People Experience Coordinator

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Publicis Groupe as a DE&I and People Experience Coordinator, where you will play a key role in promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Diversity and Inclusion strategy to promote diversity and equity within the organization.
  • Design and support People Experience projects and activities to enhance employee engagement and well-being.
  • Coordinate wellbeing initiatives to promote physical and mental health among employees.
  • Coordinate social and volunteer initiatives to foster a sense of community and social responsibility.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal global communities on D&I and sustainability topics.
  • Drive employee engagement and create a sense of belonging through community-building initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in similar roles, with a focus on D&I, wellbeing, and people experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
  • Strong project management and communication skills to design, implement, and coordinate projects.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Canva.
  • English proficiency.
