As we expand our engineering initiatives, we are seeking a dedicated professional to enhance our Engineering Team.

As a Project Engineer, you will collaborate with the R&D team to facilitate the ongoing development of our projects, ensuring compliance with both national and international regulations as well as our corporate standards.

Our company is a reputable and growing entity specializing in the manufacture of pumps for dewatering and industrial applications. With a rich history, we are now part of a global leader in the industry.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Design and produce all necessary CAD drawings for the creation of production prototypes.
  • Conduct feasibility studies for new projects, collecting precise information.
  • Draft detailed layouts and designs to construct functional prototypes.
  • Update drawings, lists, and related documents following any modifications.
  • Monitor the prototype development and test results to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
  • Provide production support during the initial phase.
  • Create documentation related to production release.
  • Assist in drafting machine manuals.
  • Maintain drawings, bills of materials, and related documents in response to updates or changes.

We expect our candidates to possess:

  • A Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Specialization in hydraulic engineering.
  • Experience in design, casting, and machining is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in CFX simulation software.
  • Experience with CAD and Solidworks.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in Italian and a good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
