Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at LHH. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our CEO and other senior executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Management: Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Correspondence and Reports: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
  • Research and Data Compilation: Conduct research and compile data for reports and special projects as requested by the CEO.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Event Coordination: Coordinate and organize company events, executive meetings, and conferences.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing records, and maintaining filing systems.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a CEO or senior executive.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professionalism: High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
