We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team at AUTO1 Global Services SE & Co. KG. As a key member of our Business Analytics department, you will play a critical role in driving strategic initiatives and providing leadership with critical data insights and comprehensive reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain data models and reporting systems to support business decision-making;
- Conduct analysis of business performance, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support;
- Seek opportunities to improve data processes and methodologies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- At least 1 year of experience in an analytical role;
- Enthusiasm for problem solving and deriving meaningful insights using data that will benefit the organization;
- A background using Google Sheets (or Excel), SQL, and Data Visualization tools (such as Tableau and Looker Studio);
- Basic knowledge in Python or R will be considered a plus.
- A fast-paced start-up environment that offers plenty of challenges and opportunities for growth;
- The chance to work from home up to 2 days a week;
