**Job Summary**

We are seeking a talented Junior Cost Accountant to join our Luxury Cost Accountant Team within the Finance and Accounting Department. The successful candidate will assist the Cost Accountant team in managing warehouse accounting, supplier invoices, and credit memos, as well as providing support in managing relationships with other areas, such as Operations and Buying & Merchandising.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Monitor and check digital production progress
  • Cross-check accounts and accounting documents
  • Identify and resolve problems related to administrative and operative flows
  • Manage periodic physical and fiscal warehouse inventory
  • Support the management of activity administrative inbound (3w-m), in line with physical and operative inbound
  • Manage attributing purchase costs of products entering the warehouse for all buying types
  • Record warehouse transactions for accounting purposes, about either purchased and consignment goods
  • Support in periodic and/or ad hoc internal reporting and managing consignment reporting
  • Support in identifying process and/or system measures to optimize data flow and reliability
  • Support in the warehouse activity and evaluations periodic during the closing process
  • Cooperate with various company areas involved in warehouse processes
  • Check the operative phase of goods working progress and backlog reporting
  • Manage relationships with main Luxury Partners
  • Manage internal and external reporting

**Requirements**

  • Diploma in Accounting or University degree in Economics
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles
  • Reliability, accuracy, flexibility, and discretion
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive approach
  • Motivation in an administrative role
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Knowledge of Navision and SQL will be considered a plus
