Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at our Italian Technical Center in Orsenigo. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting variance analysis of Actuals vs Budgets, ensuring consistency of accounting data vs budgeted activities, and providing such analysis to Management for timely corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough financial analysis and provide recommendations to Management for process improvements.
• Support the managerial month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Monitor and control costs associated with contracts and job orders.
• Develop and implement optimized and efficient methods/tools for segment controlling and driving process improvements.
• Support and prepare documentation for the Company's Investment Approval process.

Requirements

• Academic degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting or related field.
• Previous experience in the field of financial analysis or controlling.
• Experience with SAP and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
