About the Role

RINA is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join its Global IT Operations Division. As an IT Project Manager - Data Analytics, you will lead and coordinate data management and analytics projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they meet scope, quality, and budget requirements.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Apply best practices and methodologies for project management, data analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision making and problem solving.
  • Propose solutions in the data analytics sector in adherence to company needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Master's Degree is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects, preferably in data management and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of data management and analytics concepts, tools, and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with data management and analytics platforms and technologies.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile, is a plus.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
