Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Sales Development Analyst to join our Sales Marketing Organization (SMO) team. As a key member of our RFQ department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales activities and providing valuable insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze monthly reports on customer order statuses, turnover, and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline reporting and data analysis using tools like Power BI and calculation software.
  • Support the preparation of data and presentations for sales strategy implementation, client meetings, and internal reporting.
  • Participate in the evaluation of preliminary offer proposals and support quotation activities as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, or mathematics.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with a methodical approach to work and attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of English; knowledge of German is considered a plus.
  • Experience in report preparation and analytical processes (1-2 years of work experience or internships).
  • Familiarity with the Office suite and Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Sales data interfaces/databases (e.g., Salesforce).
