Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and enhance backend functionalities of web applications utilizing the AWS stack, Java/Spring Boot, and SQL databases;
  • Partner with senior developers to interpret client needs and convert them into effective technical solutions;
  • Operate within Linux environments, ensuring optimal data handling and processing;
  • Engage in Agile Scrum methodologies to guarantee timely project delivery and superior quality;
  • Embrace new technologies, with a focus on cloud computing (AWS) and serverless frameworks;
  • Foster effective communication with team members and stakeholders to align project goals, using tools such as Confluence and Jira.

Required Qualifications:

  • Understanding of the AWS ecosystem and a willingness to explore serverless architecture;
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming along with foundational knowledge of SQL databases;
  • Experience with Linux environments and basic command-line usage;
  • Familiarity with GIT and version control practices;
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming, MVC, ORM, key design patterns, and RESTful APIs;
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative spirit;
  • Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies, with effective communication skills in English.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline;
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity (AWS/Java/SQL development) is advantageous.
