Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Customer Marketing local team and play a pivotal role in building upsell processes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, analyze, and optimize upsell/cross-sell processes at each stage of the customer journey.
- Work in close collaboration with Customer Success Specialists to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Develop marketing automation processes, including email, forms, landing pages, and other content.
- Coordinate with CM Specialists worldwide to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in upsell/cross-sell processes creation.
- Strong analytical skills, including basic Excel knowledge.
- Basic graphic design skills, including proficiency in Canva and Photoshop.
- Italian mother tongue or full professional proficiency (C2).
- Proven capability to communicate in English (B2).
- Cross-cultural communication skills and adaptive thinking.
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Marketing or Marketing.
- Based in Rome or willing to relocate (no full remote).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hubspot and Salesforce knowledge.
- Basic videomarking skills, including proficiency in Powtoon.
- Beamer or other In-App Messaging tool knowledge.
