About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the management of our client's car fleet, ensuring smooth operations, compliance, and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all car fleet-related activities, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
- Update and maintain accurate records of car fleet activities, including vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and driver information.
- Monitor and analyze car fleet performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize fleet efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of car fleet services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of car fleet operations with other business functions.
- Provide training and support to employees on car fleet management best practices and company policies.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure car fleet operations are aligned with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in car fleet management or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
