About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Strategy Lead to join our team at Oliver James Associates Ltd. as an Internal Advisor. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company's data strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine the company's data strategy, aligning it with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and maintain data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate these requirements into actionable projects and strategies.
  • Help the organization define and prioritize Business Use Cases and the Data and Tech roadmap to answer them.
  • Participate in managing data integration efforts, including the consolidation of data from various sources, and work to create a single source of truth for critical business data.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the data management and analytics functions, implementing best practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Set the guidance for advanced data architecture and Analytics Framework inside the organization.
  • Spread Data Culture pills into the organization, helping in organizing training to foster a data-driven approach.
Requirements
  • STEM Bachelor's degree
  • 3 years' experience in data management and analytics
