Job Title: Lead Data Architect AWS

Ntt Data is seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Architect AWS to join our team. As a Lead Data Architect AWS, you will be responsible for managing key clients, leading data analytics AWS projects, and supporting recruitment and value proposition development.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage Key Clients: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their data analytics needs are met.
  • Lead Data Analytics AWS Projects: Design and implement data platform architecture on AWS, including data store solutions such as Redshift, DynamoDB, RDS, and S3.
  • Support Recruitment: Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and attract top talent for data analytics roles.
  • Support Value Proposition: Develop and maintain a strong value proposition for Ntt Data's data analytics services.
  • Develop Skills and Capabilities: Design and implement data ingestion solutions on AWS using AWS native services or data management technologies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data analytics, preferably from consulting companies.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing a team of BI/data analysts up to senior level.
  • Working experience in AWS cloud native environment.
  • Experience and knowledge of Big Data Architectures, cloud and on premise.
  • AWS infrastructure and networking working experience.
  • AWS Collection Services: Kinesis, Kafka, Database Migration Service.
  • AWS main Storage Service: S3, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB.
  • AWS main Compute Service: EC2, Lambda, ECS, EKS.
  • Experience in building and deliver proofs-of-concept, in order to address specific business needs, using the most appropriate techniques, data sources and technologies.
  • Working experience in migrating workloads from on premise to cloud environment.
  • Experience in monitoring distributed infrastructure, using AWS tools or open source ones.
  • Working experience with Agile Methodology and Kanban.
  • Strong in data manipulation and BI tools.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills, have dealt with top management to drive various projects.
  • Proactive in taking initiatives, exceptional problem-solving skills, strong presence to manage cross-functional teams and execute well in a highly collaborative role.
