We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Project and Program Management team within the ARUP Milan Office, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing building, industrial, and infrastructure projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and presentations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve project management processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools and software, including AutoCAD and 3D modeling.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Fluency in English and Italian languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
