Descrizione del Ruolo:

Il Travel Buyer è un professionista che lavora nel team di ScuolaZoo Viaggi, responsabile di portare ogni anno in viaggio per l'Italia e l'Europa più di 16.000 persone tra i 16 e i 26 anni. Cerchiamo un individuo motivato a ricercare e chiudere accordi che ci permettano di minimizzare il costo del nostro pacchetto Viaggi.

Compiti e Responsabilità:

  • Lavora sul pacchetto turistico, minimizzando i costi al fine di rendere quanto più efficiente l'acquisto di ciascun fattore;
  • Ricerca nuove partnership strategiche nelle destinazioni dei nostri Viaggi;
  • Consolida le relazioni con i partner esistenti;
  • Lavora al rinnovo di accordi esistenti e alla stipula di nuovi contratti;
  • Monitora lo status dei pagamenti e delle fatture di ogni partner in base ai contratti in essere;
  • Si rapporta con i responsabili in destinazione per definire le operazioni con strutture e trasporti;
  • Si occupa dello scouting di nuove soluzioni turistiche da inserire tra i nostri viaggi.

Requisiti:

  • Capacità di lavoro sotto stress;
  • Buone doti di Negoziazione e di Comunicazione efficace, soprattutto con gli stakeholder esterni;
  • Problem solving e flessibilità;
  • Concretezza nel saper scaricare a terra in tempi brevi le richieste operative e strategiche;
  • Passione sfrenata per i viaggi;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Disponibilità alle trasferte.
