Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raccolta e catalogazione delle richieste dei clienti per il Service;
  • Monitoraggio dell'avanzamento delle richieste, del flusso delle stesse e del loro tempo di evasione.
  • Attività a supporto del ciclo attivo e passivo amministrativo;
  • Analisi dati e proposte di efficientamento in collaborazione con il team Service.

Requirements:

  • Propensione al problem solving: abilità nel trovare soluzioni innovative e pratiche ai problemi.
  • Pensiero analitico: capacità di analizzare dati e informazioni in modo critico e dettagliato.
  • Comunicazione efficace: abilità di esprimere idee chiaramente e collaborare con diversi team.
  • Iniziativa: proattività nel cercare nuove opportunità di miglioramento e nell'affrontare nuove sfide.
  • Laurea in ambito economico / ingegneristico;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (la lingua spagnola rappresenta un plus);
  • Buona conoscenza di Excel;
  • Capacità analitiche e organizzative;
  • Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali;
  • Capacità di pensiero critico e conoscenza del modello lean;
