Service Desk Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team at Trigyn Technologies. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers and ensuring that their issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logging and tracking customer service calls and requests in our CRM system
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues related to our supported services, following established operational procedures
- Escalating complex issues to senior technical staff for resolution, identifying and implementing measures to prevent recurrence
- Assisting in maintaining our technical information database, knowledge base, and workflow procedures
- Providing training and support for partner-supported applications
- Producing technical documentation and user manuals as required
- Providing on-call support and working in shifts as part of our extended service coverage scheme
Requirements:
- Graduation from secondary school supplemented by training in IT, preferably with a diploma
- Expert knowledge of English (written and verbal)
- Good knowledge of at least one of the following: MS SQL Server, SAP ERP, O365 package, basic network troubleshooting, incident and request fulfillment tracking software
- Excellent telephone manners, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Understanding of Local and Wide Area Network concepts
Desirable Certifications:
- Knowledge of IPSAS
- ITIL Certification
