As a Financial Reporting Specialist, you will play a key role in our Financial Reporting Team, reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager in the CFO area. You will be responsible for recording suppliers' invoices, managing payments to our network of Agents, Brokers, and other suppliers, and preparing the monthly calculation of withholding taxes.

Our ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting fundamentals, with experience in working in a fast-paced environment. You will be a business-oriented accounting enthusiast with an analytical approach and excellent attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Record and process suppliers' invoices in our ERP system;
  2. Manage payments to our network of Agents, Brokers, and other suppliers;
  3. Prepare the monthly calculation of withholding taxes to be paid via F24 and tax declaration;
  4. Manage the financial reporting of the Italian entity, ensuring the correctness and reliability of accounting data;
  5. Act as the point of contact for accounting and reporting-related matters to the finance business partners.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong academic background in Business Administration;
  • Previous experience in accounting roles, preferably in the insurance industry;
  • A positive mindset, pragmatic attitude, ownership mentality, and a 'can do' attitude;
  • Excellent analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail;
  • A willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
  • Result-oriented and time management skills;
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
