Hunters Group è una azienda italiana specializzata nella produzione e distribuzione di sistemi di riscaldamento e climatizzazione per veicoli speciali, veicoli commerciali, camper, barche e yacht. Siamo alla ricerca di un professionista che possa aiutarci a identificare nuove opportunità di crescita e a sviluppare strategie di vendita efficaci.

**Principali responsabilità**

  • Identificare e sviluppare relazioni con nuovi clienti e canali di vendita;
  • Raccolta di informazioni sulle attività dei principali competitori nel settore della produzione e distribuzione di sistemi di riscaldamento e climatizzazione;
  • Definire e implementare strategie di vendita e obiettivi di vendita annuali in accordo con la direzione commerciale del gruppo;
  • Gestire il portafoglio clienti attraverso contatti e visite regolari;
  • Elaborare reportistica periodica per monitorare il lavoro svolto e le opportunità di crescita.

**Requisiti**

  • Profonda conoscenza del mercato IAM in ambito automobilistico con esperienza di almeno 5 anni in aziende di produzione e commercializzazione nel settore componentistica automotive e/o truck;
  • Gradite esperienze pregresse nel settore della Filtrazione e Cuscinetteria automotive;
  • Padronanza di almeno due lingue (inglese e/o francese);
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) e MS Teams;
  • Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti, prevalentemente in Europa e Nord Africa;
  • Capacità analitiche e forte propensione al Problem Solving;
  • Ottime capacità di negoziazione a vari livelli;
  • Ottima predisposizione al lavoro in team, propositività e senso di responsabilità.
