Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Strategist to take charge of designing and implementing a sales strategy for our company. The ideal candidate will be an independent individual who can efficiently convert leads into sales and help establish an organic growth strategy. The person will report directly to the founders in weekly meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and nurture a sales pipeline to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to convert leads into sales.
- Design a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis, analyze trends, and competitors' strategies to position the company in the market.
- Implement and monitor the marketing strategy through key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the marketing budget and measure the return on investment (ROI) of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine messaging and drive product launches.
- Enhance digital presence and lead generation through search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Develop and implement branding and public relations (PR) strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in market planning, marketing management, and sales for B2B technology products.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.
- Proficiency in software such as Hubspot and SEM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
