PLM Specialist

Marposs, a leading company in the field of product lifecycle management, is seeking a skilled PLM Specialist to join their team. This role is designed for mechatronic, management, or IT engineers with initial experience in the Windchill PLM area.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze new requests and processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflow.
- Develop and maintain the PLM platform, adapting it to Marposs' processes through necessary customizations and configurations.
- Manage and optimize specific applications interfaced with PLM, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Provide user support and training, ensuring that stakeholders are equipped to utilize the PLM platform effectively.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external suppliers, fostering collaboration and driving business growth.
- Participate in roll-out projects across the Marposs Group, driving process improvements and best practices.
As a PLM Specialist, you may be required to undertake short trips to Marposs sites in Italy, Europe, or other regions, following roll-out activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Ability to develop and maintain application software, with a strong understanding of PLM systems and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize complex data.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
