Position Overview

We are seeking an International Logistics Intern for our operations, who will play a vital role in supporting the Logistics department with the management of global shipments, warehouse functions, and interactions with clients, vendors, and various internal teams, ensuring compliance with both local and international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Logistics team in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments and related processes.
  • Provide general assistance and support to the logistics team.
  • Optimize costs and service types associated with freight forwarding.
  • Generate and assess reports on freight shipments, volumes, and supplier performance.
  • Monitor and track shipments throughout the delivery process.
  • Manage filing, archiving, and documentation related to transportation.

Educational Background

Bachelor's Degree

Essential Qualifications

  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Work Environment

This internship will last for a duration of six months.

A monthly stipend will be provided in accordance with regional internship regulations.
