Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and upgrade Windows operating systems and software on end-user workstations.
- Manage hardware installations and replacements, including workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot issues related to email, network connectivity, and user devices.
- Coordinate with support vendors to resolve technical cases.
- Provide support for telephony systems and mobile devices.
- Maintain user accounts in Active Directory, ensuring disk encryption and antivirus measures are in place.
- Assist users with Citrix and VPN connectivity challenges.
- Contribute to the development of documentation to streamline operations.
- Adhere to established procedures and guidelines.
- Collaborate with various IT teams to address incidents effectively.
- Demonstrate flexibility in covering support shifts as needed.
- Engage in discussions and presentations aimed at enhancing infrastructure.
- A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field is essential.
- Up to five years of experience in service desk support, particularly within the Windows ecosystem.
- Familiarity with endpoint management systems such as SCCM, and proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10-11 and Office 365.
- Experience utilizing service desk ticketing systems for incident management.
- Strong analytical abilities and effective problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Fluency in both Greek and English, with additional proficiency in French considered advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with vendor support.
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
