We are seeking a highly skilled SCM Operations Specialist to join our team at Samsung. As a key member of our supply chain management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our factory and maximizing demand satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manufacturing Capacity Management

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance production capacity and meet Return To Forecast (RTF) targets.

2. Material Procurement and Planning

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish short- and long-term material procurement plans, ensuring seamless line operation and material supply.

3. SCM Master Data Management

• Analyze product life cycles and end-of-production (EOP) dates to adjust mass production schedules, ensuring optimal inventory management.

4. PO and Shipment Management

• Work closely with buyers to manage shipping schedules and meet requested delivery dates, ensuring timely product delivery.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or Economics.

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and common statistical and analytical marketing tools.

• Good written and spoken English language skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
