Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Design Engineer to join our R&D team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality hardware solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful transfer of designs to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex mixed-signal circuits and embedded systems, ensuring robust and reliable hardware solutions.
- Collaborate with software engineers to agree on system designs, interfaces, and protocols.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test hardware and procedures to prove the correct operation of hardware.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and lead design reviews.
- Uphold hardware design standards and methodologies, ensuring seamless integration with production.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (PhD preferred).
- Demonstrated work experience with complex mixed-signal circuits and embedded systems.
- Excellent knowledge of analogue and digital electronic circuit design.
- Ability to write comprehensive technical design documentation.
- Proven experience in handover and management of designs in production.
- Effective communication skills in English (C1 minimum).
