**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a talented Sales Advisor to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide welcoming and personalized service to customers to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Build collaborative working relationships with the retail team to ensure a high standard of visual merchandising.
- Use your passion for people and products to create a unique and inspirational in-store experience for customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
**Requirements:**
- Previous retail industry experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend an interview.
