About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Amazon. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in creating a positive and inclusive culture where all our people feel encouraged and supported.
Key Responsibilities
- Support leaders at your site on HR matters, providing expert guidance and advice to ensure effective people management.
- Support the implementation of new policies that improve associate engagement and the working environment, working closely with stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Develop communication plans and initiatives to support managers with site briefs and any bulk or site-wide announcements, ensuring clear and timely communication to all stakeholders.
- Take the lead on implementing and progressing HR projects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
- Collect and analyze data that can help drive new HR policies and plans, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
A Day in the Life
You will be based in an Amazon Delivery Station and will be the main representative to the Operations leadership at your location. You will work flexibly with colleagues in different areas of the business to work towards making Amazon a great place to work.
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
- Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Relevant experience in analyzing data and creating reports for leadership.
- Relevant experience in working with and protecting confidential and sensitive HR information.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, relevant experience in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), basic employment law and HR/payroll practices, and working with a wide range of stakeholders across various levels of seniority would be an asset.
