About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lean Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Dana, a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement lean principles to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement innovative automation solutions to increase assembly line productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide training and support to plant personnel on lean manufacturing principles and tools.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
Requirements
  • University Master's Degree in Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a multinational company.
  • Good knowledge of English and Italian, IT tools, Layout 3D, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • WCM/Six Sigma experience, SAP, and IATF Standards are considered a plus.
