About the Role

The Corporate Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing corporate communication strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. This role will involve managing and supervising relationships with media, producing high-quality content for press and internal communications, and managing the company's image and reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate communication strategies to ensure a consistent and positive company image
  • Manage and supervise relationships with media, including press releases, press conferences, and media relations
  • Produce high-quality content for press and internal communications, including reports, newsletters, and social media
  • Manage the company's image and reputation, including crisis communication and reputation management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, HR, and sales teams, to ensure a cohesive and integrated communication approach
  • Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely communication
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and produce regular reports on performance

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably in an agency or in-house setting
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in Italian
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication strategies
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
