Job Description

CRIF is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital solutions and experience in managing key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage formal relationships with clients, supporting the Business Owner and the Business Unit team.
  • Support the Business Owner in overseeing KAL's customers.
  • Coordinate the activities of the Business Analyst / PM team.
  • Plan and monitor projects with a formal and structured approach.
  • Report progress and results achieved to keep project stakeholders in constant alignment.
  • Supervise quality assurance of deliverables and project documentation.
  • Manage possible critical project and stakeholder relations issues.

Requirements

  • Strong sense of belonging and corporate representation.
  • Strong relational ability, with a propensity to establish an empathic communication channel with stakeholders.
  • Flexibility in adapting to new and unforeseen situations.
  • Analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Strong orientation towards objectives.
  • Degree in technical field, Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of digital technologies and current contexts of their application.
  • Proven experience in projects with focus on analysis and delivery of complex IT solutions.
  • Advanced English level according to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Languages

  • Mother tongue knowledge of the Italian language.
