Business Development and Sales Specialist

CRIF is seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach to key decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize results and customer satisfaction.
  • Support the market owner in managing relationships with key potential clients to identify up and cross-sell opportunities.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of the English language.
  • Availability to travel in Italy.
  • Ability to manage internal/external customers' relationships with a consulting approach.
  • Aptitude for business development.
